Cyber security is about protecting your devices and using online services safely. Make sure you are cyber aware and don't let hackers and fraudsters ruin your day!

Control what you share

Be cautious with emails and messages. If something feels off, stop and check the source before sharing personal information. If you've shared something by mistake, stop sharing it (or ask the file owner to do so) and contact the IT Service Desk to report a data breach. 

Your P^5*w0rd is your power

Create strong, unique passwords by combining three random words.

Remember - only you should know your password. If you think your password has been leaked, or someone else has access to it, contact the IT Service Desk immediately. 

Double up your defence

Enhance your security by using multi-factor authentication (MFA), also known as two factor authentication (2FA).

Protect your tech

Keep your devices secure by regularly updating your software - they often include essential security upgrades.
