This article will explain how to add a resource account shared calendar in Outlook. You will need to be on the permissions of the calendar to be able to view and edit the calendar once you have access. The calendar owner should be able to add you if needed.
- Open Outlook.
- Click on the calendar icon in the bottom left.
- Right click on 'shared calendars' in the left-hand column and highlight 'add calendar', choosing 'from address book'.
- Change the 'address book:' dropdown from 'offline global address list' to 'global address list'.
- Search for the address of your shared calendar. It should show in the list, double click on it and then click 'OK'.
- Your shared calendar should now be available under 'shared calendars'. Close Outlook and re-open and you should be able to edit the calendar.
