What is Collaborate?

Collaborate is web based online interactive session platform. It includes audio, video, text chat, an interactive whiteboard, PowerPoint display, application sharing, breakout rooms, polling and session recording. It can be accessed using a web browser on desktop PCs and laptops, and via iOS, Android and Windows devices.

It is one of three virtual classrooms used by the University for online teaching, (the others are Microsoft Teams and Zoom). You will be advised by your tutor if you are expected to use it to access some of your teaching.
