What is it?

Microsoft Outlook is a communication, and time management tool which comprises of Email, Calendar, People, Tasks, and Notes.

What do I use it for?

Who is it available to?

Microsoft Outlook is available to all University staff and students.

How do I access it?

You can access Microsoft Outlook on your University device by searching for 'Outlook' in the taskbar search box on your device. You can also use Outlook online by logging into the Office 365 portal, and click the Outlook icon from the navigation rail at the left of the screen.

Training

Microsoft Outlook training is available via LinkedIn Learning and is free for all staff and students.
