Unable to connect to "Staff on LeedsPrint" for MyPrint

If you're a member of staff coming to campus, with a laptop that was issued during the pandemic, you may have problems connecting to the MyPrint queue "Staff on LeedsPrint" and some other resources (like the parking website and the SAP self service website.)

This is because :

As a work-around, you can connect to the Windows Virtual Desktop to use these restricted resources. Additionally - you can submit documents to MyPrint from any WiFi connected device by uploading them using the Web Print feature at https://myprint.leeds.ac.uk or emailing the documents as attachments to mobileprint@leeds.ac.uk.

To get your university laptop registered for the wired network and to have the network socket patched please login to the IT website and log a general request asking for the laptop to be registered to use the wired university network.
