Further information and support

The University site licence for NVivo includes access to the NVivo application ONLY and does NOT include access to any of the following NVivo services: NVivo Collaboration Server, NVivo Collaboration Cloud, Nvivo Transcription.

If you are looking to purchase any of these additional NVivo services, please submit a separate request, via the "Contract Information for Software Compliance" process (see the related articles section for further information).

When you open NVivo, you may notice a myNVivo "Log In" option, but this is currently not supported under the NVivo site licence, so you will not be able to use this "Log in" option. All the software tools and features that are available under the University's NVivo site licence can be accessed without logging in.

"myNVivo" is an online account system for NVivo and its associated cloud modules: Collaboration Cloud, NVivo - Integration and Transcription. The University site licence does not include these services currently.

If you have a locally installed version of NVivo, and are looking to update the licence, please see the related article about updating your Nvivo licence. You will need to be logged into the IT website to see the related article.
