If you have lost or damaged the device you use for Duo, and no longer have access to the phone number that you registered with Duo, you will not be able to reactivate Duo yourself.
If you have moved the simcard of your registered phone number into another device, you can reactivate Duo yourself using KB0015447
In the case you no longer have access to your Duo device or registered phone number, you will need to contact the IT Service Desk, please have the details below to hand:
Student ID number
Date of Birth
Your current and accessible phone number if you have one
Full address and Postcode
Date of Birth
Your current and accessible phone number if you have one
