Syllabus Plus - Resolving Enterprise Timetabler Errors


When launching Enterprise Timetabler you may receive an error. This guide will show you the steps to take to resolve it.

Press Windows key + R on your keyboard

In the box that appears enter %LOCALAPPDATA%\Apps

In the window that appears next should be a folder called 2.0, delete this folder. 

Windows dialog message stating "The action can't be completed because the folder or file in it is open in another program. Close the folder or file and try again."

If you receive an error saying files are in use and are unable to delete the folder, restart the PC and try again.

Launch Enterprise Timetabler to reinstall the application.
