What is it?

Microsoft Lists is a listing application by Microsoft. It is one of the productivity applications included in the Microsoft 365 suite.

It is available for Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, Android, Apple IOS and on Linux using WINE.

What do I use it for?

Microsoft Lists can be used to organise, collaborate and share list information with others. It includes features such as pre-made templates, tracking and bookmarking to find your lists easily.

This application integrates with other Microsoft 365 apps, such as Excel and SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI, enabling information tracking without needing to set up complex solutions from scratch.

Who is it available to?

Microsoft Lists is available to all University staff and students.

How do I access it?

You can access Microsoft Lists by logging into the Office 365 portal, clicking on all apps and selecting Lists from there.

Training

Microsoft Lists training is available via LinkedIn Learning and is free for all staff and students.
