PebblePad - Help & Support for Staff

The University has implemented an institutional e-portfolio tool, available to all staff and students. The e-portfolio tool provided is called PebblePad.

What is PebblePad?

PebblePad comes with a range of tools to help students plan, record, reflect on, and evidence their learning, and bring their learning journey stories together in to interactive presentations. For staff there are tools for guiding and scaffolding learning activities and providing students with learning packages that they can own, add to, and refer back to in the future. 

PebblePad comes with two core components, Pebble+ and ATLAS.

How to get started?

University of Leeds staff and students can access PebblePad through the following URL:

Staff can also access PebblePad by clicking on the PebblePad tile on the Minerva homepage to Pebble+

You will see the following log in screen upon accessing PebblePad:

Choose University of Leeds account and click Login to PebblePad. If you are not already signed in to your account, you will be redirected to the institutional log in page, where you should enter your University username@leeds and password.

Which devices and browsers are supported?

PebblePad runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android devices with a modern web browser. Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Opera browsers are all supported.

Additional support

If you are having technical issues using PebblePad or have questions that aren't answered by the published guides and FAQ's on the Digital Education Systems Help website you can also access support via the IT Service Desk (this website) by logging a request for support using the Log a general Request form, or report something broken using the Log an Incident form.
