If reporting any issues with the Windows Virtual Desktop when using the Remote Desktop client we will ask where possible for your session's connection information. This will provide important information that can help us resolve any issues that might occur. Please note this applies to the desktop client only, if using the browser this will not work as it uses a different method to connect.
In your Virtual Desktop session go to the blue connection bar at the top of the screen and click the connection icon towards the left
The connection information window will show, click 'See details'
Press Ctrl+C to copy the information (you do not need to highlight anything) and paste it into your call at IT Self-Service
