This article explains how to contact external people (anyone without an @leeds.ac.uk email address) using the collaboration tools we have available at the University.
You can now contact external people through the Teams chat function or by setting up a meeting with them in Teams.
Previously it was not possible to contact external people through Teams chat because we also had Skype for Business enabled. This was withdrawn in November 2020. You will now receive all calls and chats in Teams, regardless of whether the sender is using Skype for Business or Teams.
