We have launched a new IT Services Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The IT team are working hard to improve your customer experience.
We aim to provide support services that are accessible and expect our IT teams to be responsive, helpful and professional.
We want your interactions with us to be high quality, consistent and where possible, to give you the right answer first time.
To understand more about your experience of IT Services, we have launched a new survey.
A short, simple, optional survey to help us assess how we are doing.
You will receive an email with a link to the survey. The email will begin with a salutation of, "Dear " then your full name. The link will read, "Take me to the Survey". The link will take you to the survey on this site (IT Self Service). If you are not already logged in, you will need to login to access the survey.
Survey invites will be generated when an incident or request you have logged, or has been logged on your behalf, is closed. The survey page will include a link to the related incident or request that generated the survey.
You will only receive a maximum 1 of each type of survey every 30 days. For example, if you had an incident and a request closed today you would receive a survey invite for each. But you wouldn't receive any more survey invites for 30 days regardless of how many of your incidents and requests are closed.
The survey is completely optional, but this feedback will help us understand where we need focus our attention in improving the IT Service for everyone. We do appreciate your time if you can complete the survey.
