Audacity is an easy-to-use, multi-track audio editor and recorder for Windows, Mac OS X, GNU/Linux and other operating systems. Developed by a group of volunteers as open source.
Audacity is available via AppsAnywhere on the Cluster Desktop, Virtual Windows Desktop and both University and Personal devices.
Audacity is not available via AppsAnywhere for macOS or Linux devices, but can be downloaded via the Audacity website.
For University-owned macOS and Linux devices, please request for this to be installed via IT (see related requests).
