Business Relationship Management

The Business Relationship Managers’ role is to establish and maintain strategic relationships between the IT service and our University business partners (faculties and professional services) based on understanding their academic and professional service requirements and plans.

We meet regularly with senior business stakeholders with a remit to act as their trusted advisers and advocates within the IT service. We will help to articulate business requirements in a way that will enable them to be met by programmes and projects, and ensure that expectations match the agreed level of services the business is paying for. We’ll keep them informed about what’s happening in IT, and have oversight of IT services and projects within our particular areas.

Who should I contact?
