Note: The IT Service Desk does not open on weekends and University closed days e.g. Bank holidays, Easter and the Christmas closure period.
The best way to contact us is to use this website. To report an IT problem use the "Something Broken" link or to submit a request use the "Request Something" link on the homepage.
Make sure you are logged into the IT site to make full use of our various articles and request catalogue items.
Wherever possible, please provide as much detail surrounding your Request or Incident as you can - If you are reporting an error, on a system please provide the exact error message.

The IT Service Desk is right in the middle of campus, on the 10th floor of the E C Stoner building (Room 10.01).
Directions from Roger Stevens Lecture Theatre Building :
Go to Level 10 of Roger Stevens and follow the Red Route. Turn right when you get to the Dolche Vita Cafe. The bridge corridor will take you to the E C Stoner Building, and you will see the IT Service Desk on the right.
Directions from the front of the Union :
From the front steps of the Union turn right. Go through the green gates. When you reach the courtyard with the "Sign for Art" statue (also known as the Wobbly Bacon statue) turn right. Take the covered walkway and go through the red doors.
You are now on the Red Route. Follow the corridor and when you reach the T junction turn left. The bridge corridor will take you to the E C Stoner Building, and you will see the IT Service Desk on the right.
