- Pre-booked appointments are prioritised over walk-in visits.

Directions from Roger Stevens Lecture Theatre Building
- Travel to Level 10 of the Roger Stevens Building.
- Follow the Red Route.
- Turn right at the Dolce Vita Café.
- Continue along the bridge corridor into the E C Stoner Building.
- The IT Service Desk will be on your right-hand side.

Directions from the Front of Leeds University Union
- From the front steps of the Union, turn right.
- Walk through the green gates.
- Continue to the courtyard featuring the "A Sign for Art" sculpture (also known as the Wobbly Bacon statue).
- Turn right and follow the covered walkway.
- Go through the red doors.
- Follow the Red Route.
- At the T-junction, turn left.
- Continue through the bridge corridor into the E C Stoner Building.
