Face-to-Face Support

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
  • Pre-booked appointments are prioritised over walk-in visits.

Telephone Support

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

  1. Travel to Level 10 of the Roger Stevens Building.
  2. Follow the Red Route.
  3. Turn right at the Dolce Vita Café.
  4. Continue along the bridge corridor into the E C Stoner Building.
  5. The IT Service Desk will be on your right-hand side.

  2. Walk through the green gates.
  3. Continue to the courtyard featuring the "A Sign for Art" sculpture (also known as the Wobbly Bacon statue).

  6. Follow the Red Route.
  7. At the T-junction, turn left.
