Change My Password

You can change your password on this page. There are a number of things that you'll need to be aware of before making this change.

A new password will change it on all of our systems (Wi-Fi, email, portal, library, VLE etc) but won’t change it on your devices.

You’ll need to make sure you have changed your password:

  • on any device that connects to the Wi-Fi, such as a laptop, tablet or mobile phone
  • any email accounts that you have set up on your mobile device
  • any web browser that has remembered a password for a University system

You’ll need to log out of the Portal before changing the password. If you don’t, your account will be locked out for 30 minutes. Contact the IT Service Desk to check the status of your account.

If you have problems, you can also use the Reset Password Service.

Use of this service must be in compliance with the University's Use of Computer Systems Policy.
