Remove a Configuration Profile on iOS and Mac OS

If you have problems connecting to the Wi-Fi, you can remove the configuration profile which will allow to setup a new connection. 

To remove a configuration profile in iOS:

On your iOS device, open Settings > General. 

Scroll to the bottom and open Profiles. If you do not see a "Profiles" section, you do not have a configuration profile installed. 

In the "Profiles" section, select the profile you wish to remove and tap Delete Profile. If you have a passcode for your device, you will be prompted to enter it. Then tap Remove.

To remove a configuration profile in Mac OS X:

From the Apple menu, select System Preferences.

From the System Preferences, select Profiles. 

Note: Profiles won't be visible until you have at least one profile installed. 

Select the profile you want to remove, and then press the - (minus) button. Click Remove to remove the profile.

You then be able to setup Eduroam from the beginning again.
