Some PC clusters can be booked for classes. Bookings are coordinated by Central Timetabling for teaching and by the Cluster Support team for all ad hoc, non-teaching bookings.
Food and drink are not permitted in the clusters.
Bookings for teaching
To book a cluster for teaching contact your school/dept/faculty timetabler. They will liaise with the Central timetabling team. This will make sure that the cluster appears on the students' online timetables. For general queries regarding teaching bookings please contact email@example.com or phone ext: 34009.
Ad hoc (non-teaching) bookings
If you require a cluster for an ad hoc (non-teaching) activity please use the online booking system to request the cluster: http://www.leeds.ac.uk/timetable/staff_book_room.htm
Bookings for external users
If you want to book a cluster for use by delegates at conferences, or for external workshops etc, contact the Conference Office (http://www.meetinleeds.co.uk/)

If you have any queries regarding non-teaching bookings, please contact the Cluster Support team on ext: 38151.
To order additional usernames (e.g. students will not be logging on using their own usernames), please contact Username Administration via the IT Service Desk. A charge may be made for usernames.
If you need additional software, other than the normal cluster desktop, please contact the IT Service Desk at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure it can be loaded and tested in time.
