There are more than 250 MyPrint devices in over 60 buildings across the campus. In addition to printing all MyPrint devices can be used to photocopy and scan too.
You can send work from the Library or Cluster computer you are working on and collect it from any MyPrint device at a time that suits you.
The Print & Copy Bureau provides a range of printing and copying services for staff and students. Services include laminating, printing on heavier weight paper, binding, posters, banners and booklets.
Use MobilePrint to print from any internet connected device. You can either upload your documents or email them as attachments, and they will be ready for collection within 5 minutes from any of the MyPrint devices across campus.
By default MyPrint will print double-sided on A4 in black and white. If you need to print colour, A3 or single-sided copies you will need to change your printer settings.
Students and PGRs are charged per side for printing, copying & scanning. The charge for printing and copying on MyPrint depend on the options chosen. Scanning is charged at a flat rate.
All MyPrint devices can be used to scan or photocopy documents.

You can use the MyPrint Portal to view your printing history and available credit.
You can set up a PIN which you can use with your University username to log in to the MyPrint devices.
On Desktop Anywhere you can either print to a printer you have set up on your client or to MyPrint.
The most common reason for a print job not being listed at the printer is that you haven't yet clicked the "Accept" button when the MyPrint client pops up.

You can register your staff card with the MyPrint service, so you can swipe your card instead of entering your username at the MyPrint devices.

If you want to do personal printing you can either use the Print and Copy Bureau or buy printer credits and use the MyPrint printers across campus.
Problems with Konica devices in student clusters should be reported directly to the IT Service Desk. Local university staff are expected to clear paper jams and replace toners for devices that are not in dedicated student areas.
Konica devices display a "Toner is low, replace when indicated" warning when a toner cartridge is becoming depleted.
IT supply standard white A4 & A3 paper for the Konica Minolta devices (80gsm, 100% recycled).
There are Toner Recycling boxes situated around campus.
All requests to add, remove or move a Konica device should be made via the IT Service desk.
Faculties can request the ability to issue MyPrint credits to students (undergraduate or postgraduate).
