Alternatively please visit http://changemypassword.leeds.ac.uk/ to change your password.

If you can't change your password online then please contact the IT Service Desk.

Students

Firstly make sure you're logged out of Minerva.

We suggest you try Ctrl-Alt-Del and choose the 'Change a password' option. This only works on University computers.

Alternatively please visit http://passwordreset.leeds.ac.uk/ to change your password. This site only works for students. You'll need to create some security questions first, so that if you forget your password you can answer the questions to retrieve it. It takes longer to change your password here but is the recommended method as it may save you time in the future.

If you can't change your password online then please contact the IT Service Desk.

Remember, you should always use a strong password.
